I can’t find Send Button on Compose Page 
You will! First, click the ‘Preview’ button and on the preview page you will find the send button.
BBN system does not just send your message, BBN scrutinises your message along with you to ensure that your recipient’s contacts are correctly entered, your message was correctly typed and that you have sufficient sms credit for the broadcast.
How Do I send a message to a Phonebook Group?
On your compose page, look out for the two fields for loading contacts. The first field is for uploading contacts from external file and the second is for directly typing in your phone numbers.
Above the second field you will find a link that says add phonebook contacts.
Click on this link for a list of all groups in your phonebook
On the pop-up screen, click the add button beside the group you wish to send messages to.
Click on the add button beside any other group you also wish to send message to
When you have added all required group. Click the close window button.
You can hence continue composing your message
How do I send Message to contacts from an external file?
On your compose page, look out for the first field that allows you to browse for files on your computer.
Please ensure that the file you are uploading is a properly formatted text file or CSV file.
Click on the browse button beside the field and navigate to the file location on your computer. Select the file and click the ‘Open’ button on the file upload window
File path will be loaded into the compose file field.

Can I send a message to external file contacts and phonebook contacts at the same time?
Yes. You surely can.
Can I Use any Sender Name of My Choice?
Yes. Because BBN sender name is dynamic you can send message using any eleven (11) characters sender name of your choice.
Sender name can be alphabetical or numerical or the combination.
Where Do I set Sender Name?
The Sender name field is the last field on your compose page. By default is will display your first name (Personal account) or Company Name (Business account).
How Do I Save Message to My Draft Folder?
To Save a Message to your draft folder at any stage of a message you can click on the Save Message button to save a copy of the message and you can continue with message compose.
How do I Send Message to Multiple Recipients?
Type the phone number of each recipients into the compose field separating each number with a comma.
How do I schedule message delivery time?
Navigate to Compose Message on the Main menu.
On the compose page, complete your message compose button and once done with composing message click on the preview button.
On the preview page that opens review your message to ensure message is due for delivery
Click the Schedule button to open the scheduler window
One the scheduler window, name your schedule and set the delivery date and time
Click the ‘Save Schedule’
Message is saved to your scheduler and broadcasted at the scheduled time provided user has sufficient sms for the broadcast.
How do I view Messages I have sent?
Navigate to ‘Sent’ on the Main menu. By default BBN will display message individual-ly to show delivery report for each recipient.
To view sent messages in group according to sending order click the ‘Switch to Basic’ link
How Do I delete Messages I have sent?
BBN does not provide for deletion of sent messages. So all messages you have sent remains in your sent message folder for as long as your account will remain active.
How do I export delivery report for use on my computer?
BBN SMS provides option for exporting periodic delivery report from your BBN account to CSV file.
Navigate to Sent link on the Main Menu. Select the period for which you want to get report.
Click on the Export button. A dialogue window will appear. Select the Save File option and click the OK button to proceed with report export. |
