How do I add contacts to my phonebook?
Navigate to 'Phonebook' link on Main menu. On Phonebook screen click the 'Add New Contact' tab. And you're ready to start loading your contacts into your phonebook.

How do I edit my phonebook contacts?
Navigate to 'Phonebook' link on the main menu. On phonebook screen locate and click on the Edit icon beside the contact who's data you wish to edit.
Edit screen alows you to modify recipient's phone numbers. Change Group, location and other information.
How do I delete a phonebook contact?
Navigate to 'Phonebook' link on the main menu. On phonebook screen locate and click on the Delete icon beside the contact who's data you wish to remove from your phonebook.
When you click this icon an affirmation window will pop-up.
Click the 'continue' button to proceed with delete operation.
How do I create a phonebook group?
Navigate to 'Phonbook' link on the main menu. On phonebook screen locate and click on the 'Create Groups' tab. And you're ready to start creating Groups.
Specify the Group name and optionally the Group description and when you're done click the Create Group button.

CSV means Comma Seperated Value – CSV is a standardized method of storing digital data into rows and columns. It is adopted by Microsoft in their spreadsheet program, Microsoft Excel.
How do I import contacts from a Microsoft Excel document?
Navigate to ‘Phonebook’ on the Main menu.
On ‘My Phonebook’ screen click on the ‘Import Phonebook’ link
On the Import Phonebook page click on the ‘Browse’ button and locate CSV file on your computer and click on ‘Open’ button in the file upload window.
BBN will read your CSV file content and pick the first row for sample
By default BBN will identify the contacts field and the email field (if available) on your phonebook and require that you specify or exclude the other fields
Once done select the group you wish to populate contacts into and click the Import button
Contact will be uploaded into your phonebook
Note: In situation where you wish to upload contacts into several groups, create contacts for each group in separate CSV documents.
Please do not name your columns just proceed with the phonebook content
How do I Create a CSV file?
By Default an excel document is stored with .xls file name extension. Microsoft also has other formats for storing spreadsheet data one of which is the .csv (comma delimited)
To save your excel sheet contacts in excel format, open your excel document with Microsoft Excel
open the File menu and navigate to ‘Save As’. The save as dialogue box will appear.
Enter the filename in the relevant field and select CSV (Comma Delimited) in the file type field.
